Shipping costs
Why don’t we offer free shipping?
The answer is simple: shipping costs are a real expense. Unfortunately, carriers do not ship for free, and these costs need to be covered somehow. Many online stores add these costs to the price of their products, so you end up indirectly paying for shipping, even if it appears "free."
We could also increase our product prices slightly and pretend to offer free shipping. But we believe that’s unfair. Customers who order multiple items would essentially pay for shipping multiple times without realizing it.
Additionally, "free shipping" often has a negative impact on the environment. When shipping costs are hidden, customers are encouraged to place more frequent, smaller orders, leading to increased transportation and higher CO2 emissions. By being transparent about shipping costs, we encourage conscious decisions and combined orders, which are better for the planet.
