Within the Netherlands

We send parcels within the Netherlands with PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. All orders placed (excluding pre-order orders) have a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days (excluding shipping). We aim to dispatch your order within 5 to 10 working days.

Example delivery time:

1) The order is placed on Saturday 9 July 2022. The delivery time is 5 to 10 working days (excluding shipping). The order will be shipped on or before 22 July.

2) The order is placed on Tuesday 2 August 2022. The delivery time is 5 to 10 working days (excluding shipping). The order will be shipped on or before 16 August.

Within Europe

We ship parcels within Europe with PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS.. All orders placed (excluding pre-order orders) have a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days (excluding shipping). We aim to dispatch your order within 5 to 10 working days.

We ship parcels outside Europe with PostNL, DHL Express and UPS. All orders placed (excluding pre-order orders) have a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days (excluding shipping). We aim to dispatch your order within 5 to 10 working days.

Track your parcel

After sending your parcel, we will send an e-mail containing a 'tracking number' the same day. With this specific number, you can track the status of your parcel.

Shopping outside the EU

All prices on the website are shown including 21% VAT. If you live outside the EU, you can shop tax-free. The final price without VAT is shown on the payment page, before you select the payment method. PLEASE NOTE: If you shop outside Europe, import duties and local VAT will always be added. Customs clearance in the destination country can take from a few days to several weeks, depending on many factors beyond our control. Payment of import duties and local VAT is your responsibility. For information on import duties and local VAT, please contact the local authorities. All shipments, shipped to a country outside the EU, are considered completed once the shipment arrives in the destination country. If a shipment, shipped to a country outside the EU, is returned for any reason, we will deduct the shipping costs (outbound and inbound) and 40% restocking fee from the original order amount.
